Commuting

Birchwood is situated between Liverpool and Manchester and is at the junction of two of the busiest motorways in the Country, the M6 and M62, making it easily accessible from any part of the country.

The Birchwood Railway Station is situated near the Birchwood Shopping Mall and also acts a bus interlink for the area.

It is on the main Liverpool to Manchester railway line.

There are massive daily movements of local visitors to the shops and industrial complex and Science park within the Birchwood area, creating many heavy vehicle movements.
