  • Birchwood Forum, partnership with local industry and commerce
  • Listening strategy to identify problems
  • Service delivery Options - Alternative ways of achieving service delivery
  • Sub-committee structure for detailed issues to be considered
  • Delegation of functions to the Clerk to enable proactive administration
  • main Council Meetings - a businesslike approach
  • Funds via precept - 3 year stability pledge (2001/2002/2003)
  • Develop income from other sources, to stabilize Council Tax for long term
