. The 2010 and 2011 Town Council Minutes (which can be found in the 'Monthly Town Council Meetings' section) and the most recent Birchwood Community News magazines are available on the website. If you would like a copy of any Minutes from previous years, please telephone or e-mail us and we would be happy to send you a copy.
Birchwood Town Council, responsible for the administration of the area, is quite unique in that it has its own community maintenance resource currently made up of four Maintenance Operatives. They are on hand five days a week to tackle things such as litter picking and landscape maintenance. All our staff are competent and are equipped with the knowledge, support and equipment required to do their job.
In addition there are three part-time office staff who, together with local Councillors, deal with matters of concern to our residents on a daily basis.
We also employ the services of a part-time Caretaker who keeps the Town Council's premises clean and tidy as well as taking any bookings for the Community Meeting Room.
We are located at Parkers Farm, Delenty Drive, Birchwood
