Dog waste must be disposed of in general waste bins.

The Town Council has been receiving increased reports recently of dog fouling on footpaths and other public areas, that is not being cleaned up by the dog's owner.  This is not only unpleasant, but is a health hazard.  It is also an offence and irresponsible owners can be fined  from £50 up to £1,000.

If you have witnessed this occurring and can give any details to Warrington Borough Council  they may be able to take action.
