Birchwood Town Council cannot collect any electrical or electronic waste for disposal.

Fluorescent tubes and cooling appliances containing refrigerants (fridges and freezers) can only be disposed of at Gatewarth Community Recycling Centre, run by Warrington Borough Council; or you can arrange for the Borough Council to collect them, free of charge. Tel: 01925 443322.

The majority of all other electrical and electronic waste can be disposed of at all three of the free Community Recycling Centres, i.e. Woolston, Gatewarth and Stockton Heath.
