Meetings of Birchwood Town Council are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except for August when the Council is in Recess.  In December the meeting is usually brought forward by a week.

The main monthly meetings start at 7pm.  Meeting dates for the remainder of 2011 are:

The 2011 Annual Town Meeting was held on Tuesday 24th May.

Meetings are usually held at Parkers Farm Community Centre, unless otherwise notified.  The address is as follows:

Agenda Notices and a copy of the Clerk's Report are placed on local noticeboards in advance of the meeting.  A copy is also available at Birchwood Library.

There is an opportunity for any matters to be raised with the Town Council during Recess at the start of the meeting.
