Meetings of Birchwood Town Council are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except for August when the Council is in Recess.  In December the meeting is usually brough forward by a week.

Agenda Notices and a copy of the Clerk's Report are place on local noticeboards in advance of the meeting.  A copy is also given to Birchwood Library.

There is an opportunity for any matters to be raised with the Town Council during Recess at the start of the meeting.
